Our factory---Yanghzou Daintybird Funeral Products Co.Ltd specializes in funeral products' production.We have a professional trade company attached to our factory---Yangzhou Dainty IMP&EXP Co.,Ltd,which sells body bags ,wooden caskets and urns.The wooden caskets we produce--American-style,European-style,Japanese-style etc ,are made from all kinds of timber(i.e.cherry,oak,walnut ,maple,mahogany,elmwood,paulownia,MDF,etc)There are two kinds of American-style caskets---one-lid and two lid with adjustable bes.according to different consumption demands of different consumption groups,we use fabric of top,middle and middle grade toi decotate the inner part.(ie.velvet,satin,silk,crepe etc.)And the interior decoration has pillows and quilts.At the same time ,in accordance with different religions,we produce caskets of different kinds,which meet the demands of different relgions.(ie. wooden caskets without iron nails or metal).Moreover we deal with the paint on the caskets differently according to different demands of customers.(i.e.high gloss finish,stain finsh,piano finish ,varnish and etc.)In order to ensure the quality,we conduct tight quality control over the products.(raw material purchasing,drying of the wood,processing of the wood,painting ,interior decoratoiin)in order to make sure that the products arrive in the destination safe and sound without any defects.
apart from wooden caskets,we also produce urns ,pet caskets and pet urns. we can process and produce the products based on the customer's own design.
There is a sub-workshop attached to interior decoartion workshop,which specializes in body bags' production.Its main products are body bags with or witout handles made from all kind sof materials such as EVA,PEVA,LDPE,PP+PE.,PE.They cause no pollution after being burned.Besides,we also produce durable PVC body bags.
